About the exhibition
Weeks of unrest unfolded in Minneapolis, Minnesota, after federal agents shot two protesters and an immigrant amid President Donald Trump’s crackdown on immigration. The killing of the protesters led to intense clashes. More than 3,000 agents were deployed to quell the unrest as immigration arrests continued. More than 4,000 people were arrested during the federal operation, surpassing the number arrested in Los Angeles and Chicago during the surges in those cities.
