Since 2001, Canon and Visa pour l’Image have awarded the Canon Female Photojournalist Grant to an outstanding photographer in recognition of their contribution to photojournalism.

The grant will allow the 2025 winner, Marion Péhée, to return to Ukraine to meet the teenagers she first met ten years ago in Shchastia in the Donbas region and document their lives as adults in a country at war.

The grant is sponsored by Canon.
