About the exhibition

In Sierra Leone and Liberia, a new synthetic drug is devastating the youth. Sold at very low prices, kush causes rapid addiction and severe injuries, often fatal. In the streets of Freetown and Monrovia, tens of thousands of young people wander, their bodies and lives broken by dependence. Clandestine laboratories are multiplying, while government efforts to contain this public health crisis remain ineffective. Abandoned by the authorities, families and neighborhood committees are trying to save those who have fallen into the trap of this scourge.
